Each new employee is trained by an experienced supervisor in the techniques and quality standards we demand at Hampstead Helpers.
Our helpers work in a team of two which, we have found, proves to have many advantages.
Firstly it cuts the amount of time spent cleaning in half which is especially convenient for those clients working from home or with small children.
Specific tasks can be allocated to each helper either to add variety to their workload or for reasons of skills – some are faster at ironing while others may have a knack for those stubborn stains and once the cleaning is finished, each team superviser will be responsible for checking the work before they leave.Lastly, we believe it is very important that our staffs needs are met in order that our company runs smoothly which is why we pay our helpers excellent hourly rates thus ensuring full motivation and reliability.
