Cost
Our service is charged at £10.50 per hour for a regular domestic clean.
Price is subject to a min of 3 hours or more per visit.We also provide a spring clean service which consists of a more thorough clean, ideal for properties at the beginning or end of a tenancy.
Our spring clean service is charged at £17.50 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours or more per visit.
There are no joining fees, agency charges or minimum term contract.
We do not charge for cancellation as long as you let us know that you wish to cancel within the 24 hours.Please note that we do not supply any cleaning equipment or materials, e.g. vacuum cleaner, dusters, furniture polish, bleach, etc. (We can do it, on one off cleans, if arranged with prior notice).
We cannot guarantee a successful result if you do not provide the necessary cleaning materials and equipment.
What we Can Do
SECURITY
Of course, we are very careful of your belongings, but it is good to know you are protected against damage or breakage that may occur while we clean your home.
When you entrust us with your house keys, we safeguard the security of your home by keeping your keys safetly locked away in our offices.
Only on the morning your cleaning is scheduled will your keys be collected from our safe. They are then returned once the cleaning has been completed.Your house alarm details are also securely kept as a matter of course. We value your trust and in return do our upmost to offer our clients peace of mind.
